Richmond + Ross Pty Ltd was established in 1977 as a traditional project based structural engineering consultancy. Over the decades we have evolved into a multi disciplinary client focused consultancy. We provide a full and diverse range of services to our clients assisting them from site selection all the way through to construction and full project management.
Richmond + Ross maintains high technical skills in-house and has hands on director involvement for all of our clients.

DIRECTOR
Magda possesses over a decade of experience in architectural design and project coordination, demonstrating proficiency across various commercial sectors including fast-food restaurants, service stations, and childcare facilities, among others.
Serving as both a team leader and principal designer, Magda leverages her expertise in 3D modeling to streamline documentation processes and effectively manage teams. Her specialty lies in client liaison.
Thanks to her background in civil and structural engineering, Magda can holistically consider all aspects of a project. With a portfolio spanning across Australia and her native Poland.
On the weekends, Magda loves hitting the mountains. Canyoning is her absolute favorite thing to do.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
With over 35 years of extensive experience in civil, stormwater, structural, and environmental engineering design and supervision across various regions, Nick has established himself as a versatile professional. He has served as a team leader, lead consultant, principal designer, and project manager on diverse projects catering to government, institutional, and private clients.
Nick’s expertise allows him to swiftly and accurately assess engineering challenges, offering cost-effective solutions. Drawing from his comprehensive background, he adopts a holistic approach to development, ensuring thorough consideration of all project aspects. His involvement guarantees meticulous recommendations and designs.
Throughout his career, Nick has been actively engaged in designing subdivisions, buildings, footings, and structures across multiple Australian states and New Zealand. He possesses profound knowledge and hands-on experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and the interplay between soils and structures. Nick excels in integrating structural design with earth materials, ensuring robust and cohesive project outcomes.
Nick has specialist experience in disaster recovery and insurance claim management for his clients.
Nick has assisted his clients in recovering from flood, fire and cyclone events which have impacted their developments ( recovery costs from $1M to $55M).

Stuart has a strong background in the full life cycle of projects. As a certified practicing project manager and a registered architect, Stuart has played pivotal rolls in the early planning, site feasibility, project management and construction delivery of a wide variety of projects.
Stuart has been a key player in projects ranging from major ‘greenfield’ developments all the way to ‘instore’ shopping centre tenancy fit-outs for clients that range from major bulky goods and industrial warehousing, to retail fuel and truck stops, to quick service restaurants and luxury food brand fitouts.
With 25 years industry experience, Stuart has a canny ability to navigate the development milestones, focus on the critical path and deliver the best outcome for his clients in a challenging environment.
